SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Williams Sonoma, a member of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) portfolio of brands announced today a book tour with Giada De Laurentiis. The Emmy Award-Winning Food Network Star, and eight-time New York Times bestselling cookbook author will be making appearances in Williams Sonoma stores in cities across the U.S.

The book tour for Giada’s Italy is timed with the launch of two new Giada products for Williams Sonoma, which currently carries an exclusive line of Giada’s pasta, pasta sauces and pasta tools as well as a line of her signature seasonings and rubs. The new products will include an expansion into the dessert category with a Lemon Ricotta cookie mix that is also available gluten free.

The collaboration between Williams Sonoma and Giada De Laurentiis is focused on bringing authentic Italian flavor combinations to the kitchen which is also the theme of her latest cookbook title, Giada’s Italy.

ABOUT GIADA DE LAURENTIIS

Giada De Laurentiis is the Emmy Award-winning star of Food Network's Giada Entertains, Giada in Italy, Giada at Home and Giada’s Holiday Handbook; a judge on Food Network Star; a contributing correspondent for NBC's Today show; and the author of eight New York Times bestselling books.
