Multi-Season Home Décor and Entertaining Collaboration Will Debut First Collection in October 2017
Pottery
Barn, a member of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE:WSM) portfolio of
brands, today announced an exclusive home décor collaboration with
renowned bridal, ready-to-wear and accessories designer Monique
Lhuillier. The collaboration, a multi-season partnership across Pottery
Barn’s favorite wedding registry categories including bedding, bath,
tabletop, entertaining and décor, will debut for Holiday 2017 with new
collections to be introduced for Spring 2018 and beyond. Building on the
success of Lhuillier’s collaboration with Pottery Barn Kids, the first
collection for Pottery Barn reflects Lhuillier’s approach to feminine,
romantic, modern design, blending playful patterns, rose gold accents,
romantic prints and traditional embroidery.
"The Monique Lhuillier & Pottery Barn collection blends my passion for
entertaining with my love of fashion to capture a unique sense of style,
one that exudes femininity with a modern sensibility,” said Monique
Lhuillier. “Partnering with Pottery Barn to create a lifestyle
collection couldn't have been more natural or rewarding. They are
experts in creating relaxed environments that lend themselves to
celebrating life's everyday moments. I am so thrilled be collaborating
with such a talented team."
"Monique Lhuillier brings an elegant, romantic sensibility to Pottery
Barn and we're excited to partner with her to create beautifully refined
collections," said Monica Bhargava, Executive Vice President of Product
Development and Design, Pottery Barn. "Throughout the design process we
drew inspiration from Monique's gowns, finding the perfect balance of
femininity and modernity as we translated her use of color, prints, and
texture for the home. We can't wait to debut her first collection just
in time for the holiday season."
The Monique Lhuillier for Pottery Barn collection will be
available in October 2017 in select Pottery Barn stores and online at PotteryBarn.com.
