Home Décor and Entertaining Collection Set to Launch in August 2017
Pottery
Barn, a member of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE:WSM) portfolio of
brands, today announced an exclusive home décor partnership with Emily
Current and Meritt Elliott, the renowned stylists and
designers, and the first collaborators to extend their design
perspective across all three of the Pottery Barn brands. Available for
purchase in August 2017, the Emily & Meritt for Pottery Barn
collection offers home décor products spanning key categories such as
furniture, bedding, tabletop and decorative accessories, that are
designed to bring an approachable sense of charm and glamour to any
space. Inspired by the fashion duo’s favorite clothing styles and
featuring their signature striped patterns, gilded accents and spirited
icons, including bunnies, hearts and stars, the line brings to the home
a classic Americana aesthetic with an adventurous spirit.
“We’re excited to introduce the expansion of our partnership with the
Pottery Barn family of brands, offering a broader lifestyle assortment
by adding a touch of fun and Americana into the home,” said Emily
Current and Meritt Elliott. “As we set out to design the collection, we
wanted it to feel like how we dress – rooted in washed garment dyes,
indigo, classic ticking stripes, playful proportions and unexpected gold
accessories.”
“Emily and Meritt have done such fabulous, creative work with our
brands, Pottery Barn Kids and PBteen, that we knew it was time to build
their whimsical designs into our main collection,” said Monica Bhargava,
Executive Vice President of Product Development and Design, Pottery
Barn. “Our customers love their impeccable style and glamorous, yet
approachable designs, which can be easily styled into any space.”
The Emily & Meritt for Pottery Barn capsule collection will
be available in August 2017 in Pottery Barn stores and online at
PotteryBarn.com. Be the first to know when the collection launches by
