We are committed to responsible wood and paper sourcing to conserve forests, protect critical ecosystems,
and respect local communities. We are an active member of the Global Forest & Trade Network,
a consortium of companies, communities, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
dedicated to working with business to further responsible wood harvesting.

FIBER PROCUREMENT POLICY

We are committed to increasing the use of more sustainably grown and harvested fibers
and reducing the use of toxic chemicals in our fiber and textile production. We are a member of
Textile Exchange, a global, non-profit organization committed to accelerating
sustainable practices in the textile value chain.

SUPPLY CHAIN LABOR PRACTICES POLICY

We work with suppliers who meet the highest standards for safe, healthy work conditions,
and whose employment practices conform with local law, best industry practices and
our company standards. These include a strict prohibition against child labor, prison
or forced labor, unsafe working conditions, or unfair wage practices.
All of our suppliers are expected to sign and abide by our Vendor Code of Conduct.
